IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This service is only for replacing lost or damaged certificates. If you have just graduated, you will receive your certificate at the graduation ceremony and will not need to order this item.
You will have the option to add DHL delivery to your order for an additional £30 - we recommend that this is only used for overseas delivery. It will enable you to track the delivery of your order.
How long will it take to receive my certificate?
You should expect to receive your replacement certificate within approximately 25 workings days of your request (please allow extra time for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom).
The University of Birmingham reserves the right to decline the issue of a replacement certificate. Should your application for a replacement certificate be declined the fee will be refunded in full to the card used for this transaction.
