Replacement University ID Card
If you have lost your University of Birmingham student ID card, please pay for your replacement here.
If your delivery address is overseas, you must choose DHL as your delivery option due to change in UK post rules. You will be charged £20 for DHL delivery.
Once you have made your order, you will receive an order reference number, which you will need to provide to obtain your new card.
If your ID card has been stolen and you have a crime reference number, you do not need to order a replacement here. Instead, please complete the online request form, where you will be able to provide us with your crime reference number.
The photo used on your card will be the one held on file. Please be aware that your new card will show a higher version number than the card you have lost.
Please note that if you have specialist access to buildings, for example your own department building, you will need to speak to whoever controls the access rights to that location to have the access reapplied to your card. If you are on Meal Plan, we will ensure this is transferred to your new card.
Please note: Your previous card will be deactivated and cannot be reactivated once we have produced your replacement card.
