DescriptionRomantic Retrospection Wednesday 29 July - Friday 31 July 2026 (Edgbaston campus) Thursday 6th August 2026 (online) Please note the registration for the accommodation options is via a seperate link from the BARS 2026 webpage, not here. Please note the accommodation registration deadline is June 1st, earlier than the conference registration deadline of July 5th. On campus conference accommodation will not be available to be booked after June 1st. Fees • Full Conference (three days) Waged £250.00 Digital Waged (Online Conference: Thursday 6th August 2026) fee included as part of in person registration Digital Concession unwaged or PGR (Online Conference: Thursday 6th August 2026) fee included as part of in person registration There will be an optional Conference Excursion to the Samuel Johnson Birthplace Museum and Lichfield, Saturday 1st August. Coach to leave Edgbaston campus at 9:30pm on Saturday 1st August, to return by 4:30pm. Coach travel and museum tour: £15
