BactiVac's 2022 Annual Network Meeting, which is rescheduled from the postponed 2020 meeting, is being hosted in collaboration with the KEMRI Wellcome Trust Programme (KWTRP) in Kilifi, Kenya. This will enable our members to not only attend our conference with internationally renowned speakers, but will also offer unique opportunities to hear from local researchers within the KEMRI Wellcome Trust Research Programme (KWTRP).

The conference will be delivered at the Mnarani Club Resort (https://www.mnarani.net/) in Kilifi, Kenya. Hotel accommodation is based at the conference venue and registered delegates will be advised of further details once their registration is complete.
As this event is being rescheduled from the postponed March 2020 event, all places are currently allocated to previous attendees who responded to the Network within the required timelines. Due to reduced capacity at the venue all places are allocated pending full registration. Delegates will be invited to book their place with an individual booking link, and a given strict timeline to complete the booking (the provided link is non-transferrable and will be specifically for the named delegate). If the registration is not completed by the set timeline then the offer of the place at the event will be withdrawn and offered to another potential delegate from the waiting list.
Registered delegates will be eligible for a financial contribution towards airfare costs up to 50% of the total flight costs, up to a maximum of £250GBP . Attendance at the meeting is required to be eligible for a claim.
Prices stated are non-negotiable, with no reduction for less than full attendance. These fees are heavily subsidised by the Network.
