If you are in your final year of study and require a letter providing information about your expected graduation (for example, as supporting documentation for a family member's visa application) please order this product.

If you select the DHL option, £20 will be added to the price when you add the item to your basket.

We aim to produce your letter within two working days.  Please note that at busy times, for example the start of the academic year in September/October, your order may take longer to prepare.

Please ensure that you only place an order for your own congregation information letter. If you place an order for documents relating to another student, we won't be able to fulfil the order.

During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to specify some of the details you require on the letter.

You will have the option to add DHL delivery to your order for an additional £20 - we recommend that this is only used for overseas delivery.  It will enable you to track the delivery of your order.

Please note that if you are on a leave of absence or an external resit student, you need to request a letter by logging an online enquiry at

If you are on campus and need a letter quickly, there is no need to place an order – you can request a letter in person from the Aston Webb Student Hub in the Aston Webb building.
