If your bank has requested a letter to prove you are a student (for example to open an account, or to swap to a student account) please order this product.
Please note that your term time address must be accurate on your my.bham portal, as this is information is required on the letter.
We aim to produce your letter within two working days. Please note that at busy times, for example the start of the academic year in September/October, your order may take longer to prepare.
You are only permitted to request one copy of a bank letter. You will be asked during the ordering process for the name of the bank, so we can address the letter accordingly.
Please ensure that you only place an order for your own bank letter. If you place an order for documents relating to another student, we won't be able to fulfil the order.
Please note that if you are on a leave of absence or an external resit student, you need to request a letter by logging an online enquiry at www.studenthelp.bham.ac.uk.
If you are on campus and need a letter quickly, there is no need to place an order – you can request a letter in person from the Aston Webb Student Hub in the Aston Webb building.
