This option is only for those who have already booked a place on the course and need to make payment.
In addition to the MSc EH programme, each student is required to undertake a specific training programme and pass an examination on the wholesomeness and fitness for human consumption of a range of food and food products to meet the professional practice requirements of the CIEH. This short course followed by a certified examination meets this requirement. The price of this programme is not included in the MSc course fees and an additional fee of £650 will be charged for the training and examinations.
The course will take place on 9-11 May and 13-15 June and the exam will be on 28 June 2017.
