Q. Which cards are accepted?

A. The following major Credit and Debit cards are accepted in addition to PayPal:
Visa
MasterCard
JCB
Delta
UK Maestro

Q. Can I log in using my account from the previous Online Shop?
A. Unfortunately not.  As this is a different system it was not possible to transfer accounts or previous orders.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.  However, should you have any queries about previous orders please get in touch with the appropriate University contact or email UBOnlineSales@contacts.bham.ac.uk.
